Aydah Abuoleim is a dedicated educator and community leader with nearly three decades of experience in Jordan’s Ministry of Education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Yarmouk University in 1994 and later completed a Master’s in Language, Culture, and Communication from the University of Jordan’s School of Foreign Languages in 2021. From 1995 to 2010, Aydah served as a teacher, nurturing generations of students with a passion for language and learning. She continued her service as a secretary within the Ministry from 2011 until her retirement in July 2024. Her commitment to education and public service has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.

Aydah is also the founder and president of ORDA (Organization for Rare Disease Awareness), where she channels her leadership and compassion into supporting individuals and families affected with rare diseases by spreading awareness for caregivers and patients. Her work reflects a lifelong dedication to empowerment, inclusion, and meaningful change.
